Those bulbs we planted are beginning to come up
Uncle Sam and a man (U.S. taxpayer) stare into a fenced yard (loans to Europe) where various bags in the ground (British debt, Esthonian debt, Italian debt, Latvian debt, French debt, Greece, and Romanian debt) are sprouting money trees. One of the bags (Russian debt) has a worm (Bolshevism) going through it and is not sprouting.
