Dangerous sparks

One panel (1914 - the spark that started the big explosion) depicts a gun on the ground (assassination by Serbian subject) pointing toward the body of the Austrian crown prince outside a door (Europe's powder house) with several barrels (hatreds, fears, jealousies) around, some of them exploding (world war). A second panel (1926 - a close call) depicts a gun on the ground (empted assassination by British subject) pointing toward Benito Mussolini standing outside a building (Europe's powder house) with several barrels (hatreds, same old fears, jealousies) around.
