A sure way of making war more popular
Cartoon by Carey Orr depicts men, "the world," "pacifists and humanitarians," scolding a man in Roman warrior attire, "Mars," who holds "poison gas," a spear, and "air bombs" while standing near a "submarine" and "deadly explosives." In the following images, they take away his weapons but invite him back in.
