Three military officers (Air Partizan, Navy, and Army) discuss which leg of a high stool (our security) is the most important (Air Defense, Naval Defense, and Land Defense). A man (the rest of us) is seated on the stool about to eat dinner (peace and tranquility), and a hand saw (defense alterations) lays next to the stool and between the officers.
