A woman (League of Nations) tries to court an aloof rich Uncle Sam in order to have the world at her feet. In a following scene, the woman has interrupted her cleaning of the "European Household" and is seen dragging two children (Bulgaria and Greece) by the ear while she orders them to quit fighting.
