Getting out the old overcoat
Uncle Sam tries on a moth-eaten overcoat (national defense) that no longer fits his size, his hat of "propagander" lays on the floor. Aunt Poly-Tix and a little pig (pork) suspiciously watch Uncle Sam from behind a corner. Meanwhile, two animals (Army and Navy) look out the window to the blizzard outside.
